Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Please read through our wholesale terms and conditions before proceeding with your wholesale order.
1. WHOLESALE APPLICATION PROCESS
1.1 To become a wholesaler for Lavish Co, interested parties must complete the designated wholesale application form and email it to admin@lavishco.co.za. Once you have submitted the registration form, we will review your application and notify you via email once approved. After approval you will receive our wholesale catalogue with pricing and a wholesale order form.
1.3 Lavish Co reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications based on business viability and alignment with our brand values.
2. QUALIFYING TO BECOME A STOCKIST
2.1 Wholesale customers must meet the minimum order subtotal of R1500 to qualify for wholesale pricing.
2.2 Lavish Co reserves the right to adjust minimum order requirements at its discretion.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Orders will only be made and sent once full payment has been received.
3.2 Pricing excludes delivery fees.
3.3 Please note wholesale customers can not apply any coupons, promotions, free shipping or receive loyalty rewards for their purchases.
3.4 All prices, MOQ’s, discount percentages and availability/ production times listed are subject to change without prior notice.
4. ORDERS & SHIPPING TERMS
4.1 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
4.2 Lavish Co is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
4.3 If you require delivery insurance, please indicate it on your order form & we will add the cost to your quotation/ invoice. We cannot be held liable for losses during transit after the order has left our premises.
4.4 International shipping: please email admin@lavishco.co.za for more information.
4.6 Delivery to main city centres usually takes 1 to 4 working days, while remote areas may require up to 7 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and are not scheduled for weekends or public holidays. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order.
4.7 While rare, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or strikes may cause delivery delays. Late delivery does not qualify for a refund or cancellation. If your delivery exceeds the estimated times, please contact admin@lavishco.co.za with your order number for assistance.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
5.1 Wholesale customers must inspect all products upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
5.2 Returns and exchanges are subject to the Supplier’s approval and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
5.3 Any refunds will be subject to a 15% handling fee after 3 days of delivery if no discrepancies or damages were reported.
5.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items on sale, end-of-line or perfectly imperfect clearance items

Some health, beauty and personal care items, such as skin care products, body products, intimate or sanitary goods, etc.
5.6 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.7 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5.8 We only replace/ exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving them from the courier within 3 days.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1 Wholesale customers can get product descriptions and images on our website at www.lavishco.co.za by each product.
6.2 The Supplier reserves the right to update product information and formulations without prior notice.
7. MARKETING AND BRANDING
7.1 Wholesale customers are authorized to use Supplier-provided marketing materials for the promotion of the products.
7.2 Wholesale customers must adhere to the Supplier’s branding guidelines and may not alter product labels, images or packaging without written consent.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein.
8.2 The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business strategy or product discontinuation.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1 Wholesale customers agree to keep confidential all non-public information, including pricing, product formulations, and business strategies, obtained through the wholesale partnership.
